We are currently looking for a highly qualified and experienced
Head of Consulting and Sales (m/f/d)
located at our offices in Kirchheim unter Teck (near Stuttgart), Germany.
Your principal tasks:
- Ensure profitable order intake according to budget and achievement of sales budget
- Realize a consistency of market plans through stable forecast reporting
- Build and lead a sales team; lead & develop the competence of the dealers, including management and motivation
- Achieve market volume and market share increase, also through early anticipation of market opportunities
- Contribute to the development of marketing strategies (including market opportunity and competitor analysis, budgets, forecasts, etc.)
- Build and maintain key customer relationships
- Prepare and execute customer events
- Represent the company at internal and external events such as fairs and exhibitions, customer events, workshops, etc.
Your qualifications & experience:
- Academic studies in mechanical engineering or comparable technical education
- Experience in selling complex products and/or processes
- Leadership skills with a dedicated focus on long-term results
- Proven experience in similar management positions
- Excellent negotiation skills along with a strong analytical mind
- Obliging and professional appearance
- Microsoft Office 365 user knowledge
- Interest in working in an international environment and willingness to travel
- Communication and presentation skills together with a very good command of German and English
