We are seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking professional to join our team, where you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our brand. In this role, you will be responsible for project and portfolio management, ensuring strategic alignment and efficient execution of initiatives.
What you can expect:
- Manage the corporate project portfolio by ensuring transparency, prioritizing initiatives and managing interdependencies to drive coherent and well aligned project execution.
- Lead and support in the preparation of board and senior management presentations with a very high visibility (supervisory board, broad audiences, investors, media, ...) incl. management of interfaces with other functions such as Investor Relations, Corporate Communications or Group Controlling.
- Support in the development and continuous update of a savvy and competitive company strategy.
- Monitor market and customer insights, to ongoingly keep senior management updated and translate them into growth measures and activities across brands, channels and regions.
- Utilize a broad range of analytical methods to evaluate a diverse range of strategic matters and provide fact-based backgrounds for management decision-making.
- Lead and support in strategic initiatives from ideation and business case development to project execution and implementation.
Your profile:
- Successfully completed master's degree, MBA, or equivalent.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience in retail, consumer brands, or strategy consultancy.
- Proficient analytical and conceptual skills.
- Detail-oriented, pragmatic, and solution-oriented approach.
- Enthusiasm for tackling new challenges.
- Excellent written and spoken English skills, German is a plus.
