Your prospective job:

For our client, a multinational IT company, we are looking for you as a Data Center Inventory & Asset Technician (m/f/d) in Berlin. Our client is one of the the largest vendor of computer software in the world. It is also a leading provider of cloud computing services, video games, computer and gaming hardware, search and other online services.

Your responsibilities:

• You coordinate, prepare, and execute incoming/outgoing deliveries (e.g. purchase order receiving, Rack Movement Supervisor activities)
• You ensures complete and detailed physical inventory tracking and staging
• You perform inventory management, inventory cycle audits, data corrections, and various Data Center regulatory compliance or certification control audit activity
• You perform material movement, including shipping/receiving and inventory management per standard process
• You ensure detailed physical inventory tracking and staging
• You perform destruction of data bearing devices (DBD) following all documented procedures and runbooks

Your profile:

• High School Diploma AND working experience warehouse/supply chain in an information technology (IT) environment, inventory management, retail, warehouse management, or a related field OR equivalent experience
• Working experience in warehouse/supply chain in an information technology (IT) environment, IT, and/or logistics, operating heavy-load movement equipment (e.g., forklift, pallet jacks, chassis lifts) for a large corporation OR equivalent experience
• Maintains a strong customer focus to understand the impact of his/her work when completing tickets and assigned tasks
• Strong written and spoken English skills required
