RESPONSIBILITIES
Our Agricultural Solutions Expert Services unit provides high-quality services for the units of the Agricultural Solutions division of the BASF Group. We are a multicultural team and our team members have different backgrounds ranging from chemistry and biology to data science or business management.
- You identifiy, develop and implement digital solutions to strengthen our supply chains with regards to performance reporting related topics.
- Moreover, you align measures with stakeholders considering existing and future reporting requirements.
- You are responsible for the monthly monitoring and the improvement of processes together with the different regions.
- In addition, you develop and adjust training documents and train stakeholders if necessary.
- You improve processes and reports driven by own ideas, stakeholder feedback or management requests.
- degree in Informatics, Business Informatics, Business Administration or related quantitative fields
- knowledge in the field of Supply Chain and business processes
- ability to work on large-scale databases by extracting, manipulating and joining complex data sets via SQL
- experience in developing analytics dashboards by using business intelligence tools such as Tableau or Power BI
- excellent communication skills in English, German and/or other languages are a plus
- Gross annual salary: 46.000 - 52.000 €, depending on qualifications and professional experience. In addition, you can expect a bonus dependent on the company's success as well as individual performance.

- Location-independent working models with defined days of presence in Berlin and residence in Germany.
