Noxtua is powered by specialized proprietary AI models. The models are trained with high-quality legal data provided by the Legal AI Alliance which the tech startup Xayn initiated with the international business law firm CMS. This makes Noxtua the secure, independent, and specialized European Legal AI.
The Berlin-based AI company Xayn was born out of research at Oxford University and Imperial College London by Dr Leif-Nissen Lundbæk and Professor Michael Huth. Founded in 2017, Xayn’s academic vision remains, with a workforce comprised of approx.30% PhDs. The startup has received investment funding of 19.5 million EURO from Global Brain Corporation, KDDI Open Innovation Fund, Earlybird, and Dominik Schiener.
Your Mission
As an Agile Manager, you will play a key role in improving development efficiency, optimizing collaboration between teams, and ensuring agile processes align with our privacy-first approach. Your expertise will help our tech and product teams work smarter, iterate faster, improve and maintain a stable development velocity.
Your Team
The Tech team consists of around 10 individuals who work remotely or at the office in Berlin city center. Besides the development team, Xayn’s technical lead and an external consultant team handle various tasks related to providing Xayn’s development team with the necessary technical environment, ensuring the smooth operation and scalability of Xayn’s AI applications.
Your Responsibilities- Enhance development efficiency: Streamline agile processes to accelerate AI product releases
- Improve team dynamics: Foster collaboration between developers, data scientists, and product teams
- Support Tech Leads: Facilitate Scrum routines, process management, and relieve tech leadership from operational bottlenecks
- Incident management optimization: Improve response times and efficiency in managing incidents
- Scaling agile processes: Adapt methodologies to support company growth and multiple development teams
- Work Permit: Germany
- Language skills: English (C2 level), German optional
- Agile Transformation: Proven track record in Agile Transformation & Scaling in software development related organizations, ideally through the different stages of company evolution (Start-up, Scale Up , Corporate)
- Experience in restructuring teams, optimizing sprints, and improving meeting structures
- Agile Frameworks: Strong background in Scrum or Kanban in product-driven and data-focused environments
- Tools and Technical Savviness: Hands-on expertise with agile tools (e.g. JIRA, Confluence, Miro, Notion, etc.)
- Working hours: Flexible working hours: Full-time (32- 40h/week).
