Key responsibilities:
- Loss reserving, technical provision estimation and support of Actuarial Function tasks for mainly Motor Lines of Business
- Develop and implement actuarial techniques with a view to ensuring adequacy of reserve levels and monitoring developments
- Work and collaborate cross-functional with Claims, Pricing, Planning and Controlling
Qualifications/Key skills:
- Extensive experience in strategic procurement leadership roles of at least 7 years, preferably within a global or multinational context.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing high-impact procurement strategies across multiple categories.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex market data and trends.
- Exceptional negotiation skills, with demonstrated success in securing favorable terms in large-scale contracts.
- Deep understanding of compliance frameworks and regulatory requirements in procurement.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, capable of influencing senior executives and driving cross-functional collaboration.
- Advanced degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred.
- Fluency in English mandatory.
Education & Experience:
- Succesfully completed studies in Mathematics, Statistics or Actuarial Sciences
- 2-3 years of P&C actuarial experience in loss reserving and technical provision calculation
- Accounting knowledge is ideal
