We are hiring for a Working Student - Brand Design & Motion Graphics (f/m/d) to work in our Marketing & Communication team.
We are currently seeking a Working Student (20hrs/week) to join our design team. If you have a passion for brand design, motion graphics, and digital products, this opportunity is for you!
Tasks- Collaborating with the design team to develop and refine brand assets, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
- Creating digital and print materials, such as presentations, infographics, and promotional content.
- Producing high-quality motion graphics and animations to explain complex energy concepts in a visually engaging way.
- Developing animations for social media campaigns, product demonstrations, and video content.
- Supporting ideation and brainstorming sessions for marketing campaigns and product launches.
- Researching trends in sustainable energy and design to provide fresh, innovative ideas.
- Working closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, and development to align on goals and deliverables.
- Enrolled in a design, media, or visual communication program (or related field).
- Strong portfolio demonstrating skills in brand design and basic-intermediate level motion graphics.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
- Some experience with Figma is a plus.
- Familiarity with 3D animation tools (e.g., Blender) is a bonus but not required.
- Strong design sensibility, with a keen eye for detail and visual storytelling.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English, proficiency in German would be considered a plus
- A genuine passion for sustainability and the energy sector is highly valued.
