As a part of Scheduling team you will work on improving the process and
solutions we use to create truck schedules delivering for our customers every
day. The team operates in the very middle of a bigger process that starts with
network planning and volume forecasting and goes all the way down until the
truck is secured in specific place and time. In this framework you will
identify opportunities to improve the way we schedule as well as work on
initiatives to improve our planning accuracy, automation in execution and
data and KIPs, be clear in communication partnering with a wide range of
stakeholders, always with an eye on the long-term vision and strategy, have
previous experience working on complex tasks requiring end-2-end benefit
evaluation. This role will provide you an opportunity to demonstrate your

will work with a variety of internal stakeholders, including Program Teams, Operations, Supply Chain and Forecasting, Tech and Science partnering toimprove our planning solutions.
Successful candidate will have superb analytical skills, work extensively withdata and KIPs, be clear in communication partnering with a wide range of
stakeholders, always with an eye on the long-term vision and strategy, have
previous experience working on complex tasks requiring end-2-end benefit
evaluation. This role will provide you an opportunity to demonstrate your

Key job responsibilities- Create short- and long-term innovative solutions using data and research to

- Lead strategic initiatives on behalf of the team based on organization
- Enhance operational performance and influence change needed from
- Work closely with Tech teams, Applied and research Science teams to support
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert, supporting teams and contribuiting to
- Analysing complex data to explain KPIs performance and identify
- pportunities to achieve higher targets
- Communicate findings and proposals in a clear and compelling way verbally

Surface Transportation Scheduling team plays a key role in creating anaccurate plan for road transportation in the entire EU and UK Linehaul
network. It is our purpose to create scalable solutions that define where, when and how many trucks will be needed to deliver billions of packages to ourcustomers punctually, fast and as the lowest cost possible.
### BASIC QUALIFICATIONS- Bachelors degree
- Experience in complex problem solving, and working in a tight schedule
- Experience leading process improvements
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel at an advanced level, including: pivot tables,
- Knowledge of SQL at an intermediate level, including: compile queries,
- MBA in supply chain management, operations, engineering, analytics or
- Relevant experience in a supply chain, logistics, e-commerce, or
