Dosing systems development engineer (m/f/d)

As soon as possible, we would like to reinforce our team at our Headquarters in Immenhausen, Germany (on-site) with a DOSING SYSTEMS DEVELOPMENT ENGINEER (M/F/D)
Tasks- The candidate must have leadership potential, have led a team in the past or have an interest in developing to lead a team in the future.
- Development and design of innovative metering pumps, plants and systems as well as mechatronic accessories and components.
- Development of requirements specifications/specifications and their constructive implementation using agile methods such as SCRUM
- Documentation of results in the form of sketches, presentations and design models
- Design and calculation with the aid of calculation tools and methods
- Development of overall designs of components, assemblies and complete systems using operational engineering tools, PLM and ERP system
- Creation of technical lists, P&I flow diagrams, functional diagrams and specifications for procurement processes
- Development of FMEA to increase technical reliability
- Planning and execution of laboratory and field tests
- Contact person with external organizations and internal functional areas for their innovation projects.
- Prototyping, testing, vendor discussions, development project team meetings.
Requirements
We would like you to have a degree in mechatronics, mechanical engineering or similar. We are looking for innovative candidates who have already designed and developed hydraulic machines/devices, preferably pumps, but also gearboxes, etc.
Ideally, positive displacement oscillating machines like our pumps. We expect you to have independently coordinated and taken responsibility for innovation projects or sub-projects in the past that have been successfully implemented through agile
methods.
Your passion for technically demanding projects has been with you for a long time and your motivation is to find solutions instead of looking for problems. You are well versed in CAD, drawing creation and FEM and CFD simulations. It is important to have a good overview of the relevant manufacturing technologies.
As this is a position in Immenhausen, Germany, the candidate must have at least a demonstrable B2 level of English. Knowledge of German would be highly desirable. If you want to contribute with us in advancing the energy transition and climate
