SEO Manager DACH Market
Hello!
We’re looking for an experienced SEO Manager to own and scale our organic (and AI-driven) growth across the DACH region. You’ll join a high-impact international SEO team—three SEO Managers led by a Head of SEO with 13+ years of experience—working at the intersection of search, product, and growth.
Your mission?! Turn search into a predictable growth engine—driving visibility, traffic, and high-quality leads through smart, data-driven SEO strategies tailored to the DACH market.
In your first months, success means quickly building a deep understanding of our product, customers, and funnel in the DACH market, identifying where we stand through a thorough technical SEO audit, and bringing clarity to our biggest opportunities.You’ll align on priorities and KPIs early on, and start shipping improvements and testing hypotheses from day one!
What You’ll Do- Own and execute the SEO & AI growth strategy for the DACH region (on-page, off-page, and technical),
- Uncover growth opportunities through keyword research, competitor analysis, and SERP deep-dives,
- Partner with content, product, and growth teams to embed SEO across everything we build,
- Craft high-impact content briefs that match user intent and drive conversions,
- Track, analyze, and optimize performance using tools like GSC, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Screaming Frog,
- Contribute to global SEO initiatives and actively share insights with the team.
- 5+ years of experience in SEO (agency or SaaS is a strong plus),
- C2 German (must-have!); Polish is a nice bonus,
- Strong expertise across technical SEO, content SEO, and analytics,
- Hands-on experience with leading SEO tools (GSC, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, etc.),
- A data-driven mindset with the ability to turn insights into action,
- Proactive, structured, and collaborative way of working.
