manufacturing and assembly processes. Suitable automation concepts for

new production systems or for planned expansions could help our

customers to make their production better, more cost-effective and safer

• Design and programming of controls for industrial systems using TIA Portal
• Coordination of the programming-based commissioning – on-site at the customer, domestically or internationally
• Further development and optimization of existing plant software
• Technical documentation of developed systems and processes
• Collaboration with project management and specialized departments of our clients to ensure smooth project execution
• Optimization of workflows and implementation of best practices in the area of PLC development
• Mentoring and supporting less experienced team members
• Further development of existing frameworks and libraries, as well as their documentation
• Improvement of code quality and maintainability

• At least 4 years of professional experience in PLC programming and commissioning of special machines and systems with Siemens Simatic controls
• Solid knowledge of TIA Portal from version 14 and all common programming languages for PLC programming (SCL)
• Experience in programming and commissioning external devices as well as programming drivers/standard function blocks
• Knowledge of library management in TIA as well as HMI programming
• Proficient use of technology objects in Siemens controls
• High willingness to international travel, sometimes for a longer period
• English AND German proficiency
