Founder's Associate
We are a small team and you will have the unique chance to become heavily involved in the core of our venture development and vision. You are a leader from day one!
You will work on a variety of commercially oriented tasks - specifically in sales & business development, marketing, finance, and other business related departments. You will also focus on creating early processes and fine-tuning workflows for later employees.
This role is on site in Berlin.
Tasks
Your tasks:
- Essential part of building the commercialisation strategy of Along in 2024 and beyond
- Creating processes, playbooks and other workflows (mainly outbound sales) in commercial departments
- Collaborating primarily with sales, business development and product
- Upholding Along's standards on agility and co-creation by contributing towards agile ways of working through participation in sprint ceremonies and collaborating with product and design team members
- Upholding Along's standards on customer centricity by supporting with user testing and customer support/service management.
Requirements
Your abilities:
✅ Finished Bachelor Degree in a Business related field of study
✅ A solid understanding of business principles and an interest in startup building
✅ Experience with marketing and sales activities from previous work experiences / internships
✅ Going above and beyond. Commitment and doing the extra mile is key in our team.
✅ Proactive communication skills and a desire to work in a collaborative environment
✅ An interest in learning from others and digging into new challenges
✅ An inclusive and collaborative attitude towards building features, solving problems, and growing teams
