Principal Accountabilities and Duties:
As a Marketing Design Manager, you will be responsible for designing and delivering high-quality visuals across multiple channels, including digital, print, and video. You will work closely with our marketing leader, marketing manager and events manager to produce compelling collateral such as sales brochures, event flyers, banners, presentations, and multimedia assets.Your designs will play a pivotal role in strengthening our local German corporate identity and driving engagement across all communication platforms.
Design Creation: Create visually compelling and brand-consistent designs for various corporate needs, including:- Event flyers, posters, banners, and signage for conferences and internal/external events.
- Sales collateral such as brochures, one-pagers, fact sheets, product catalogs, and whitepapers.
- Digital assets for social media, email campaigns, and website updates.
- Infographics, illustrations, and other graphic elements for marketing purposes.
- Design and edit corporate videos for image videos, event kick offs, presentations, internal communications, and social media.
- Create polished PowerPoint presentations and templates for sales, and marketing teams. Ensure consistency in brand messaging and design across all presentation materials. Develop visual aids, charts, and diagrams to enhance message clarity.
Brand Consistency: Maintain and ensure adherence to brand guidelines across all design outputs.
Collaboration: Work closely with corporate design, marketing, and event teams to understand creative needs and deliver on project requirements within set deadlines.
Image Editing and Retouching: Perform high-quality image editing, retouching, Optimize images for web and print.and best practices.
Profile- Education: Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Media Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- Languages: fluent native German speaker, fluent English, and French a plus
- Experience: Minimum 7+ years of experience in a corporate design, marketing, or creative agency environment, with a strong portfolio showcasing work across print, digital.
- Software Proficiency: Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects). Experience with presentation tools like PowerPoint.
- Foto, Video & Animation Skills: Proficiency to do photo shootings, excellent in video editing software and add on motion graphics is a plus.
- Strong Understanding of Branding: Ability to maintain brand consistency across various media platforms.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain design concepts to non-design stakeholders.
- Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail, with strong layout, typography, and color theory skills.
- Time Management: Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in a corporate or B2B setting, recruiting background a plus.
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS for digital design projects.
- Understanding of print and video production processes and best practices.
- Podcast experience.
