E-Commerce / Retail / Operations Intern (m/f/d) starting September 2024
with strong execution and organizational skills. An intern that shares the same vision and motivation the help MALAIKARAISS grow further.
THE TASKS:- being part of our fast-paced eComm and retail operations team to ensure further strong growth of our business
- managing the day-to-day online shop and in-store business including customer service online and on-site
- managing stock and adding new products and capsule collections
- creating all relevant shipping and customs documents
- keeping track and managing the inbound calendar
- liaising with our product team to deliver the best possible solutions and advise to our customers • supporting regular instore marketing initiatives & events in our Berlin flagship
- supporting the team in cross-functional internal projects and their daily tasks
- studies in business / fashion management / marketing / e-commerce
- enrolled in university
- prior relevant work experience strongly preferred
- strong interest in the fashion industry
- outside-the-box thinking
- flexible and hands on mentality, a pro-active and passionate team player
- excellent organizational skills and good at keeping timelines
- advanced skills in MAC OS X, MS Office, Woo Commerce or similar, basics in Photoshop and Instagram/tiktok • excellent communication skills in English and German
- commited to work on Saturdays (with compensation)
