Aufgaben
This is your fast track to get started in the business sector: In just one year, you can develop from a prospecting expert to an experienced sales professional and take responsibility for your own deals in the sales pipeline - from qualified lead generation up to the successful closing of the contract.As a prospecting expert (m/f/d), you are the first point of contact for our customers and are largely responsible for our prospecting pipeline by convincing new leads to use ClearOps: This is a full-time on-site role as a Business Development Representative located in Munich.
You will be responsible for inside sales, lead generation, communication, sales, and business development. This role requires a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and an ability to build relationships with clients.

- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Self-motivated and driven to succeed
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with CRM software
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or related field
- Fluency in German and English is mandatory
- Experience in the software industry or machine manufacturing industry is a plus
