Food Safety & Quality Technologist (f/m/x)
We are looking for a detail oriented and hands-on Food Quality Technologist (f/m/x) to join our operations team at Formo. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the highest standards of quality across our entire supply chain, ultimately contributing to the successful commercial launch of our innovative animal-free products.
Aufgaben- Support regulatory market compliance throughout the supply chain to deliver successful product launches
- Coordinate and deliver supplier approval programs for their region
- Complete complaint investigation and resolution with a consumer-centric and data-driven approach
- Ensure the correct maintenance of food safety standards, including product temperature, positive release, and traceability processes
- Work cross-functionally with various teams on product launches and improvement projects
- Support the ongoing maintenance of crisis management processes and systems
- Collaborate with the product team to define product specifications and technical requirements
- Support the development of food safety and quality procedures and training that will support the eventual IFS Broker Certification of Formo
- Proven experience within Food Manufacturing/Assembly/Distribution/Retail
- Supplier onboarding and Management experience
- Knowledge of government regulations (wider Europe ideal but not mandatory)
- Working knowledge of food safety systems (HACCP)
- Excellent organisational and time management skills with good project management
- Analytical and customer-oriented mindset with outstanding communication skills
- Energy, enthusiasm, commitment and a can-do flexible attitude
- Fluent in German and English
