In your position, you know all processes, including production, service, cleanliness and hygiene by heart.You master a consistently fast and efficient service in the kitchen with ease and the production and presentation of the food are your prime discipline. Not only in your work in the mise-en-place, but in everything you do, you convince with your empathetic nature and disciplined way of working.
