These tasks inspire you Support the PMO in establishing and maintaining project management methodologies, standards, and best practices, specifically related to SAP implementations Contribute to the development and implementation of a robust project governance framework, ensuring consistent project execution and reporting Support project managers in the execution of SAP projects, providing guidance, mentorship, and access to PMO resources Monitor and track the progress of SAP projects, reporting on key metrics (KPIs), risks, and issues to the PMO leadership.
Support the PMO in conducting project audits and reviews, identifying areas for improvement Contribute to the continuous improvement of PMO processes and best practices Manage project documentation and ensure its accuracy and completeness across the project portfolio What sets you apart Completed studies in business informatics, engineering, or a comparable field Minimum of two years of professional experience within a PMO environment, with a focus on SAP implementations Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., PMI, Agile) and their practical application within a PMO context Experience in developing and implementing project governance frameworks within a PMO Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to effectively identify and address project challenges while keeping track of (adjusting) priorities Teamplayer with excellent communication and stakeholder management - supporting project managers Business fluent English language proficiency Send us your application online, stating your earliest possible starting date and your salary requirements.
