ELEA Gmb H, founded in 2012, deals with the industrial implementation of new technologies, in particular pulsed electric fields (PEF). We produce, market and distribute PEF systems and, in close collaboration with the food industry, develop concepts for optimizing food processes and products.

Due to our growing business, we want to strengthen our engineering team with a Service technician (m/f/d) for installation, training and maintenace of our PEF systems at our customers facilities worldwide.

• Installation and commissioning of PEF systems at customer locations worldwide
• Training our customers on the use and maintenance of PEF systems
• Resolve customer questions and problems
• Error analysis, as well as create reports and documentation
• Working in an international team that supports national and international customers
• Close collaboration with the R&D team on new system developments and customer trials
• Optimization of service processes
• Workshop repairs

• Technical training as an electronics engineer or mechatronics engineer or comparable training
• Alternatively, lateral entry with completed vocational training is possible
• Professional experience in the service/customer service area is an advantage
• Strong communication and teamwork skills as well as initiative

• Sound knowledge of reading and understanding electrical circuit diagrams and technical drawings
• Good knowledge of PLCs is an advantage
• You are flexible in your work processes
• Good knowledge of English, both written and oral
• Valid driving license
