To strengthen the executive team, our client is seeking an experienced and visionary EVP Digital Transformation who will play a crucial role in shaping the future direction of the group.

Tasks

As EVP Digital Transformation, you will be responsible for the strategic leadership of our global transformation program and the planning & execution of our key use cases with a team of 250 experts. You will work closely with the executive leadership team and other departments to ensure that our transformation program is leveraged effectively to create competitive advantages and achieve business objectives.

Your key responsibilities include:

• Developing and implementing a global data strategy that aligns with corporate goals and market demands.
• Identifying and adopting emerging technologies and trends to maintain our company’s position as a market leader
• Ensuring data quality and security, in compliance with international data protection regulations and standards (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
• Promoting a data- & AI-driven culture across the organization by advancing data analytics and business intelligence tools.
• Developing and implementing Big Data and AI solutions to drive innovation and support informed decision-making.
• Collaborating with international teams from IT, marketing, operations, and other departments to ensure an integrated information infrastructure.

Requirements

Following profile is required to match the CDIO position:

• A university degree in computer science, data science, information management, or a related field (e.g. mathematics).
• At least 15 years of leadership experience in data management, IT, or business intelligence, preferably within a global organization.
• Proven success in developing and executing Data & AI strategies in a multinational corporation.
• Deep understanding of Big Data, data analytics, AI/ML technologies, and their application to corporate strategy
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to lead teams within a complex, global matrix organization.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Willingness to travel internationally and thrive in a dynamic, global environment.
