Position Overview:
We are looking for a highly organized and motivated Sales Manager-Solar inverter division to join our Frankfurt office. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the sales team, ensuring smooth coordination and communication between various departments, and helping drive our business in the European market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the sales team in the coordination of sales activities and customer interactions.
- Act as a liaison between the sales team, clients, and internal departments, ensuring timely communication and smooth workflow.
- Assist in preparing sales reports, forecasts, and analysis of key sales data.
- Manage and track sales orders, customer requests, and delivery schedules.
- Support the team in organizing sales meetings, presentations, and client visits.
- Maintain and update customer databases and CRM systems.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of sales documentation, including contracts, invoices, and follow-up reports.
- Collaborate with the finance department to ensure smooth billing and payment processes.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Coordinator, Sales Support, or similar role in a multinational environment.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and Power Point).
- Fluency in English and German is required.
- Knowledge of the renewable energy sector or similar industries is a plus.
