The Allianz Technology Risk Department supports the Chief Risk Officer of Allianz Technology Group to oversee the risk situation in entities worldwide. Our team guides the business units to proactively manage their operational risks through control activities and to provide for the effectiveness of key controls.Further we ensure that projects, strategic business objectives and the risk appetite are achieved and Allianz Technology’s ability to conduct business is safeguarded.
What you do- Support the Operational Risk Management team in coordinating the Non-Financial Risk Management lifecycle for AZ Technology SE, its branches and subsidiaries
- Support in developing presentation slides, e.g., executive meetings (e.g., Supervisory Board reporting, Risk Committees, Top Risks reporting), internal trainings, customer workshops etc.
- Support in maintenance relevant risk and control information in AZ Technology’s reporting systems, e.g., ORGS, ServiceNow GRC
- Support in day-to-day operations of the Operation Risk Management team
- You are at an advanced stage/ in the last year of your studies (Bachelor/ Master). Preferred study areas: Economics, Business Administration, Business Informatics/Engineering, Computer Science
- Excellent communication skills in English, German language skill is a plus
- Profound technical knowledge in MS Office
- Strong analytic skills
- Fast learner and detail-oriented worker
- High level of proactivity, commitment, enthusiasm and team spirit
- You can start immediately and are interested in an internship for 4 to 6 months in full-time (38h/week) or - in a working student position - part time (16-20 h/week)
