To strengthen our Digital Supply Chain Team, we are looking for a Project Manager (m/f/d).

What you can expect:

• Leading strategic initiatives within our supply chain digital transformation program through which we build a smart & tech-driven value chain.
• Drive forward innovative and highly complex process changes and system implementation & integration in your area of responsibility.
• Lateral leadership responsibility and application of relevant project management tools and methods.
• Acting as central interface between all involved business areas, internal IT and external software vendors to implement system specific requirements.
• Lead engagement & change activities required to enable end-to-end initiative success both internally and towards our supply chain partners.
• Identify and manage all relevant risks to ensure achievement of project-related targets with strong adherence to timelines and business objectives.

Your profile:

• 5+ years' experience in leading software implementation projects, preferably in the context of Business Operations.
• Strong lateral leadership skills and the ability to inspire, motivate and empower your project team and stakeholders.
• High resilience & ability to perform in fast-paced & complex environments.
• Excellent communication skills towards all stakeholders, including top management and external stakeholders.
• Knowledge of business processes of the fashion industry, especially in operations and supply chain management is a plus.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
