Responsibilities

• Assist the team in organizing and executing monthly onboarding activities
• Provide support to the team in all training activities, including logistical preparation, assisting trainees and trainers, managing training registrations, and collecting feedback
• Offer operational support in managing the internal Learning Management System
• Collaborate with the team to ensure the tracking and maintenance of trainees' learning progress and history
• Actively participate in Training department events and activities, as well as other assigned events and programs under the guidance of your supervisor

• Enrolled student (all genders) at an university or college in the field of Human Resources, Learning & Development, Business Administration or related
• Good knowledge of Outlook, Excel and Power Point
• Analytical approach and independent working method
• Excellent communication and writing skills
• Fluency in English is mandatory, further languages are a plus
• Interest in learning perspectives and the creation of a learning culture and the ability to identify and highlight needs
• Strong service orientation and good technical understanding

• Contract location would be Göppingen, Germany

• Our Work Students in Germany receive a monthly salary of 1.390,00€ for a 20h/week and 1.112,00€ for a 16h/week, and our Interns 1.200,00€
