The gross annual salary is approximately €60,000.

• Main contact person for all customers worldwide regarding leasing orders, with a focus on fast and competent support
• Responsible for providing comprehensive support for leasing enquiries and commercial issues to ensure optimal customer service
• Proactively manage and quickly resolve customer enquiries and complaints, with regular status checks to ensure full customer satisfaction
• End-to-end monitoring of all customer orders and introduction of targeted improvement measures along the supply chain to increase efficiency
• Precise fulfilment and implementation of customer orders according to specific requirements to increase customer satisfaction
• Ongoing monitoring and reporting of key customer performance indicators (KPIs) for transparency and improvement of service quality
• Efficient communication and collaboration with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth and customer-centric order fulfilment

• Degree in business administration, international management, supply chain / logistics or economics
• Several years of professional experience in purchasing, supplier management and supply chain / logistics
• Knowledge of the specific requirements and processes in the aerospace industry is a plus
• Detailed user knowledge of SAP; knowledge of Google Workspace advantageous
• Business fluent English and advanced German language skills
• Flexibility to work occasional late shifts
• Work permit for the European Union available
