Erlangen - Java Developer for Model-Based Tooling Development (m/f/d)

Develop and maintain model-based tools using JetBrains MPS Language Workbench

• Design and implement domain-specific languages (DSLs) and associated tooling
• Collaborate with system architects and other stakeholders to gather requirements
• Integrate and customize modeling tools to support various development processes
• Ensure the compatibility and integration of tools with SysMLv2 standards
• Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure high-quality software
• Implement and manage continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines to streamline development workflows
• Profound experience in Java development, with strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles
• Familiarity with JetBrains MPS Language Workbench or a willingness to learn and quickly adapt to it
• Knowledge in designing and implementing domain-specific languages (DSLs) is a plus
• Hands-on experience with version control systems, particularly Git
• Experience with continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) workflows and tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions)
• Nice to have: understanding of model-based systems engineering principles
