Your tasks:

• You collect and review employee data such as timesheets, leave requests, and other payroll-related information
• You verify the accuracy of payroll inputs, including bonuses, deductions, and hours worked before final processing
• You prepare preliminary payroll reports to ensure accuracy and resolve any discrepancies before the final payroll run
• You calculate and review preliminary payroll totals, including deductions, tax withholdings, and benefits, to ensure accurate payroll preparation
• You update employee records in the payroll system and ensure all data is accurate and up to date
• You utilize SAP SuccessFactors for payroll data entry, reporting, and employee record management (preferable knowledge in SAP SuccessFactors)
• You assist in coordinating with HR for new hires, terminations, and employee changes that impact payroll

Your profile:

• - You have experience in payroll administration or a similar role in HR or finance
• You are familiar with payroll software and systems, with preferable knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors
• You have strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in payroll data and reporting
• You understand labor laws and payroll regulations for compliance
• You are proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel for payroll tracking and reporting
• You have excellent organizational and time-management skills to meet payroll deadlines
• You can handle sensitive information with a high level of confidentiality and integrity
• You are fluent in English
