We are looking for a passionate HR Business Partner to join our new company Poli-Tape, operating within the rapidly growing Graphics vertical. This role is based in Remagen, Germany, and will play a crucial part in supporting our ambitious growth trajectory by guiding cultural transformation, facilitating integration into the Fedrigoni Group, and leading the deployment of a rich global HR roadmap.
How you’ll elevate creativity- You will act as a strategic partner to business and staff function management and employees, providing expert advice on people-related and HR topics to support the achievement of business objectives.
- You will support and oversee human resources operations and admin team and activities.
- You will drive continuous process improvements along the complete HR End-to-End process, while leveraging cross functional teams to drive efficiency (e.g. IT for software development).
- You will drive the deployment and cascading of the global HR roadmap, processes and initiatives in the company, collaborating with relevant Centers of Expertise, supporting local needs and business objectives.
- You will act as a genuine employee champion, an effective change agent and a sparring partner for our local managers, driven by the purpose to facilitate our transformational journey.
- You will work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, employee experience during all life cycle and engagement and increase productivity and retention.
- You will manage the selection process end to end.
- You will support rewards process implementation – i.e., Salary review, MBO, budget - in partnership with the Compensation & Benefits team.
- You will ensure Talent Development activities and projects implementation and embedment in your population.
- You will plan and manage the technical and soft skills training for the employees.
- You will provide day-to-day performance management guidance to line managers.
- You will support line managers to identify opportunities for people development.
- You are a Human Resources enthusiast, with a deep understanding of the German labor market and work culture.
- You have HR experience in manufacturing companies (including in Germany).
- Experience in international environments and with matrix organizations is a plus.
- You have excellent relational skills to work across different functions and regions.
- You are a dynamic and flexible person looking for a fast-paced environment.
- You have good organizational skills, and you can manage and coordinate priorities in a complex environment with different ongoing transformation streams.
- Your English and German are fluent.
