Tasks- Supervision of one of our cafés
- Managing the team and extending it with new staff members
- Controlling and achieving high standard of food and service quality
- Setting and achieving monetary goals for the location
- Experience as a manager of a restaurant or café
- Experience as leading chef / cook
- High service orientation and quality awareness
- Independent and structured way of working
- Professional and calm work even in stressful situations
- Good German and, if necessary, English, both spoken and written
- Above-average pay
