Manage the facility maintenance, including cleaning, building systems, and vendor relationships.Lead facility operations, managing budgets and ensuring smooth functionality of both sites.Act as a problem solver, handling high-pressure situations with a proactive approach.Ensure on-site presence 5 days a week.Collaborate with internal teams to meet high member satisfaction standards.

Requirements:
Fluent in German required.Previous experience in facilities management, with strong multitasking and communication skills.Ability to work independently while leading a small team.Willingness to travel.Candidates must hold a valid visa and not require sponsorship.Knowledge of technical systems like electrical or building management is highly preferred.
