Your role and responsibilities
In this role you will be the technical contact person for our brands ABB STOTZ, BUSCH-JAEGER and STRIEBEL & JOHN in the 3-tier sales organization to provide technical solutions, advice and offers on products, systems and applications.
Your role and responsibilities:
- Providing technical solutions and advice on ABB products, systems and applications to customers, sales channels and / or sales engineers
- Preparation of quotations based on incoming inquiries and drawings
- Providing telephone advice and support to our B2B customers
- Participation in training courses on products, solutions and services
- Supervision of trainees
- Completed vocational training in the electrical sector, skilled worker, master craftsman, technician
- Experience in electrical building installation is desirable
- Confident and adept at digital work, very good knowledge of German, good knowledge of English
- Successful completion of the instructor's license
- Play a part in anticipating, sensing and responding to technology trends
- Help customers in driving efficiency and sustainability, making a strong impact
