Working Student / Intern in People Operations (m/f/d)

The People Function Germany is part of the global People Function of Allianz Technology and ensures operational excellence to achieve the company's strategic goals. This includes the development, implementation, and optimization of processes to support the People Function within the company.

As part of the People Business Partner Team, you will be responsible for operational and administrative support in all HR-related matters for employees at our headquarters in Munich. As a team member, you will take responsibility for administrative support and work closely with experts (e.g., recruiting, payroll) from our global team.

What you do
  • Actively support the People Business Partner Team in day-to-day operations
  • Independently manage specific HR processes along the employee journey, such as parental leave, probation periods, onboarding and offboarding, and work/residence permits
  • Assist with various HR activities, such as contract preparation, promotions, and preparatory tasks for payroll
  • Coordinate meetings, orders, and internal team matters
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail
  • Provide ad-hoc support for HR projects, e.g., by compiling information or preparing presentations
What you bring
  • Initial practical experience, ideally from vocational training or previous internships or working student positions in operational HR administration
  • Ongoing university studies with a focus on business administration
  • Excellent German and good English skills, both written and spoken
  • Proficiency in the MS Office suite
  • Independent and customer-oriented working style, quick comprehension
  • High resilience and willingness to learn
  • Organizational skills
  • You can start immediately and are interested in an internship for 4 to 6 months in full-time (38h/week) or - in a working student position - part time (16-20 h/week)
