Your mission
As Senior Product Manager for Robot Programming & Simulation, you will be at the forefront of our mission to democratize the robotics industry. You will be responsible for driving and executing our product strategy for the cross-functional team developing our OEM-agnostic robot programming capabilities, related system applications and our offering for automation solution simulation in close collaboration with our technology partners.
You will work hand in hand with your cross-functional team including engineering, design, and business stakeholders to bring innovation solutions to the market that allow our customers and users to get easier access to robotics than ever before.
Your profile- Proven experience in product management or product development centric role, preferably within the robotics, automation, factory or automation simulation software industries or related software industries
- Proven record of accomplishment of leading and delivering complex software products in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment
- Proven experience & knowledge on Robotics technology and robot programming
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams & engage internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to breakdown and translate complex technical topics for non-techies
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and drive cross-functional teams towards common goals
- High tolerance for ambiguity, fast learner, and ability to adapt with speed to new situations
You are awesome if:
- Knowledge in Automation Software Solutions (PLC, HMI)
- Background in Programming / Simulating robots
- Experience with Agile/Scrum/Kanban methodologies
- German language knowledge
