Become part of our team and contribute to the development and optimization of Henkel’s data assets through innovative engineering practices Your role will involve designing, building, and maintaining a variety of data solutions, from analytics reporting pipelines to projects in data science, including GenAI applications Take on a diverse set of tasks within analytics, applying your expertise to contribute across different projects in the Henkel Consumer Brands Work collaboratively in our agile team setting, aiming for the swift delivery of high-quality data products YOUR SKILLS Master’s degree in data engineering or a related field Experience in data engineering or data science, showcasing a history of developing and managing extensive data infrastructures Proficiency in Python and a good understanding of a cloud ecosystem, with a focus on cloud-based data solutions and services A strong base in software engineering principles, including familiarity with code reviews, automated testing, and CI/CD practices Demonstrated skills in data modeling, feature engineering, and managing model lifecycles English communication skills, both in writing and speaking, to facilitate productive collaboration in an international team setting At Henkel, we come from a broad range of backgrounds, perspectives, and life experiences.
