Key Account Manager Distribution (f/m/x) - Fossil

In this role, you will be responsible for executing the EMEA Distribution sales strategy in close coordination with the Head of Sales. Your key duties will include managing a portfolio of assigned Key Accounts, developing business opportunities, and actively exploring prospects within the entire Fossil Group portfolio.
Your impact- Develop and execute the 360° Roadmap for each key account in close collaboration with HOS and Marketing, aligning with Fossil's strategic priorities.
- Personally drive stakeholder management, fostering trustful relationships with Key Accounts.
- Create reliable monthly forecasts per account and drive towards meeting targets, providing quarterly business overviews directly to HOS.
- Proactively identify, implement, and personally champion business opportunities.
- Represent the Fossil Group and its diverse portfolio in the markets, managing regular business meetings with key accounts.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing to implement and execute Account-Specific Promotional Initiatives, as well as guide the selection of seasonal newness.
- Utilize a data-driven approach for assortment and inventory management based on internal KPIs, taking personal responsibility for Active AR (Account Receivables) Management.
- Possess a passion to drive things forward with a high degree of self-motivation and adaptability to change.
- Have experience in developing strategic business plans and strong analytical skills.
- Demonstrate strong communication and negotiation skills with a proven track record.
- Excel in building and maintaining key customer relationships.
- Possess expertise in Stakeholder Management.
- Enjoy working in an international, diverse environment with a team player mentality.
- Have advanced experience with SAP, EXCEL, and Google Tools.
- Embrace an Agile & Growth Mindset.
- Fluent in English is a must, additional languages are preferred.
