Sales Operations & Legal Support (m/f/d) - München

Introduction

It is responsible for generating customer contracts and handing them over to the responsible departments.

• Supporting sales activities with a focus on contract management and legal topics
• Managing contracts, including drafting offers and contracts, and processing them post-signature
• Handling administration tasks such as data maintenance and generating invoices
• Preparing reports
• Coordinating information exchange between departments
• Undertaking project-related tasks

• Completed commercial apprenticeship or university degree
• Basic understanding of IT with an affinity for e Commerce preferred
• Ability to provide legally sound and pragmatic legal advice
• Good knowledge of Salesforce and MS Office
• Strong teamwork skills and high sense of responsibility
• Reliability and conscientious work ethic
• Independent and problem-solving-oriented work style
• Excellent organizational skills
• Ability to handle high pressure
• Strong customer service orientation
• Fluent in German and English
