About the Role
This position is based on-site at a leading global manufacturer serving the automotive and industrial sectors in Offenbach am Main, Germany. The customer develops and produces highly engineered components and technology solutions that support mobility and industrial applications worldwide.
This is a fully on-site role, requiring attendance at the customer site five days per week across two locations in Offenbach am Main.

Tasks
What will you do?- Support the operation and maintenance of systems and products
- Help ensure that lubricants, greases, coolants, cleaners, and other industrial fluids are maintained in optimal condition for production
- Communicate closely with internal Quaker Houghton teams and key customer contacts
- Maintain accurate data in Quaker Houghton systems
- Support warehouse and inventory management activities
Requirements
What are we looking for?- Completed technical training (e.g., electrician, mechatronics technician, industrial mechanic) or equivalent technical knowledge gained through experience
- Experience working in an industrial environment
- Attention to detail and a strong customer-focused mindset
- German language skills at fluent level (spoken and written)
- English language skills at B1–B2 level
- Experience coordinating activities or supporting colleagues is beneficial but not essential
- Strong safety awareness with a proactive and collaborative approach
- Comfortable working with IT systems and standard office applications (e.g., Microsoft Office)
