In this exciting role as Supply Chain Manager at our customer Airbus Operations GmbH in Hamburg, you will be responsible for the planning and provision of material and overseas delivery units at the sites in Hamburg, Bremen, Mobile and Tianjin.You will ensure a smooth ramp-up through innovative capacity strategies, coordinate central initiatives and implement new delivery and transport solutions. The gross annual salary is between € 71,600 and max. € 74,500. Please note that we can only consider candidates who have a valid work permit for the EU (not a student visa).

Tasks- Planning and provision of material delivery units and overseas delivery units to ensure material availability in Hamburg, Bremen, Mobile and Tianjin
- Enabling the ramp-up by procuring the necessary capacities for material delivery units and overseas delivery units
- Central point of contact for initiatives in the area of material supply units and overseas supply units in coordination with operational logistics and project teams
- Develop and implement improvements to Material Handling Units and Overseas Delivery Units in collaboration with relevant stakeholders
- Responsibility for repair management of material supply units and monitoring of maintenance by logistics or packaging service providers
- Development and implementation of new delivery and transport solutions for successful project realisation
- Interface with procurement and support the tendering process for the planning and procurement of material delivery units and overseas delivery units
- Degree in civil engineering, engineering or business administration
- Several years of professional experience in manufacturing and production, supplier management, project management, supply chain and logistics
- Good knowledge of change management
- Sound IT knowledge of Google Workspace
- Business fluent in German and English
- English CV required
- Existing work permit for the European Union (no student visa)
- Team player with strong communication skills and the ability to quickly recognise and analyse technical correlations and functionalities
