Who will you be joining?
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Data Analytics Intern to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist with data collection, validation, and automation, as well as support the creation of insightful reports and dashboards. This role is perfect for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in data analytics and business intelligence.
How can you make an impact?- Assist with Data Collection and Validation: Implement automatic data extraction and transformation workflows to ensure data integrity and accuracy
- Support Automation: Aid in the automation of data extraction and transformation processes for reporting purposes
- Design and Implement Reporting Dashboards: Utilize PowerBI to create interactive and insightful dashboards that help visualize key metrics and trends
- Prepare Insights and Presentations: Collaborate with the team to prepare insights and presentations for senior stakeholders, ensuring data-driven decision-making
What are you made of?
Minimum Qualifications- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field
- Basic understanding of data collection, validation, and transformation processes
- Familiarity with data visualization tools, particularly PowerBI
- Experience with PowerAutomate is a plus
- Proficiency in SQL and a solid understanding of data joining concepts
- Knowledge of DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) language for creating custom calculations in PowerBI
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R is a plus
- Requirement for internship and working student positions is the enrollment in a university – or (for an internship) a gap year

- Previous experience in business related functions (e.g. Sales, Operations, Claims, Underwriting, Investment Management, Asset Management, Consulting, Product Development, Finance, Market Management, Digital/ Tech etc.) is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to present complex information clearly
- Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy
