We are looking for a Business Analyst (m/f/d) with expertise in Transaction-Based Performance Attribution (TBPA) for our client in the financial services sector. This role requires strong analytical skills, as well as experience with financial instruments, performance attribution, and database management.

• Gain an understanding of current processes through initial onboarding sessions
• Provide support for Level 1 and Level 2 inquiries, particularly related to performance attribution
• Analyze and resolve issues related to data management and attribution tools
• Design and implement process improvements in coordination with relevant teams
• Transfer knowledge to colleagues to enhance operations and optimize workflows

• Proficiency in PLSQL (database programming and query optimization)
• CFA Level 3 certification or equivalent expertise in financial analysis
• Strong knowledge of performance attribution methods and calculations
• Experience with futures contracts and their role in portfolio performance
• Good understanding of options trading and related strategies
• Familiarity with other derivatives, including swaps and structured products
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken
