You will play a crucial part in defining our tech stack and setting the direction for future development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Quality and Sustainability: You develop robust, scalable, and efficient software applications using modern programming languages and frameworks.
• Reliability: Operation of data pipelines and AI services that our customers can rely on.
• System Integration: Collaboration and consultation with our customers to capture requirements, design, and integrate our AI solutions into their subsystems.

• German Customer Support: You organize troubleshooting, error fixing, and optimization of software performance for our customers, always with a smile, commitment, and absolute customer focus.
• You stay up-to-date on new technologies and industry trends independently

• We’d love for you to communicate in German at a professional level (Unicert C1 or C2).
• You are proactive and set a great example for both our customers and your teammates, always applying best practices:
• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physics, Business Informatics, Computer Science, or a related field in IT Management.
• A knack for following established processes.
• Exceptional programming abilities.
• A fast learner who displays great discipline.
• Excellent communication skills and a strong eye for detail.
• Ability to thrive under pressure.
• Solid knowledge of SQL queries and a hands-on attitude.
• Familiarity with at least one cloud provider.
