• This role is site based in Pratau-Wittenberg.
• Support and drive performance of the site together with the SU finance manager to ensure delivery of cost targets, and support development of Operations KPIs
• Work closely with the local team on daily business and on Sourcing Unit results, including supporting the preparation of site financial reporting.
• Liaise with global financial streams for shared services, including Masterdata, Record to Report & Purchase to Pay
• Financial analysis supporting capital investments
• Support with management of capital expenditure, Capex annual budget and reporting on Capex
• Support with Fixed Asset Registry and Assets under Construction
• Prepare Cash flow forecast
• Support the central costing team on the costing process for the Transfer Price calculation.
• Support the SU Finance Manager in ensuring that procedures are set up and operating according to group policies and local GAAP.
• Support Value Creation project development, analysis & animation.
• Support the SU accountant with the preparation of statutory reporting packages & audit

• Degree in Finance/Αccounting/Controlling or equivalent apprenticeship in the field of administration and additional Controlling qualification/certificate.
• A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in financial/business controlling, operational, or business partnering roles is required. Manufacturing, supply chain, or other operational experience is strongly preferred.
• Excellent command in German is required & good English language knowledge.
• ERP knowledge is mandatory; SAP experience is preferred.
• Analytical and communication skills with the ability to work under pressure.
• Experience in Transfer Pricing business model is desirable.
