Non-academic assistant in the areas of fundraising, business relations and alumni management E3 (8h per week)

Would you like to take a look behind the scenes of the Fundraising, Business Contacts Alumni Management team, support us in our daily work and contribute your own ideasl

Your tasks include:

Support in setting up and maintaining the University of Hohenheim's contact database (CRM)

Research tasks database maintenance for alumni management (independent maintenance of HisinOne-ALU)

Assistance with the organization of events in the area of alumni management

Other tasks in the area of communication and marketing

What you should bring with you:

You work very conscientiously, thoroughly and with great attention to detail

Ideally, you have experience in database management (CRM)

You are familiar with the common Office applications and at best have basic knowledge of HISinOne

You have a very good command of German (C1) and a good command of English (B2)

You can work independently and enjoy communicating and working in a team

You enjoy working with people
