Electronics or Mechatronics Technician for Systems Engineering (m/f/x)

• Ensuring the operational readiness of CNC production systems through proactive maintenance and rapid troubleshooting to minimise downtime
• Supporting the installation and commissioning of new systems, including technical acceptance, to ensure smooth integration into the production process
• Independent planning and execution of maintenance and servicing work on complex production systems with a focus on electronics, mechanics, hydraulics and pneumatics
• Regular inspection and preventive maintenance of riveting systems as well as optimisation of components and software to maximise productivity and system availability
• Carrying out precise fault diagnoses and troubleshooting using modern diagnostic tools for efficient problem solving
• Securing the system software through regular data backups to ensure operation and reliability
• Creating detailed documentation to support efficient fault analysis and rectification and for sustainable process improvement
• Optimisation and continuous improvement of plant performance through innovative maintenance strategies and state-of-the-art technologies

• Completed training as an electronics technician or mechatronics technician in the field of plant and systems engineering or a comparable qualification
• Basic knowledge of control and regulation technology
• Confident handling of system malfunctions and ability to develop proactive measures to increase system availability
• Good PC skills for the efficient use of diagnostic and maintenance software and for administrative tasks
• Willingness to work in a 3-shift system as well as occasional on-call duty (approx. once a month) and possible weekend work
• Existing work permit for the EU
