Robot Hardware QA Engineer (f/m/x)

• You work within a wider team of professionals to ensure that the final products meet customer and business expectations while keeping the process as effective and cost-efficient as possible
• You set up and test robots prior to shipping to customers.
• You analyze, troubleshoot and report defects on Hardware and Software
• You improve our testing scripts and methods, on tests performed during production on component level or on functional and performance tests on system level
• You support production with finding, investigating and troubleshooting defects
• You develop, maintain and prepare demos for showing off our robots

• You hold a bachelor's or master's degree in Robotics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a similar field.
• You have a good understanding of adjacent disciplines: mechanics, electronics, networks, etc.
• You have good knowledge of Linux, Python, ROS.
• You have been exposed to procedures for product testing, either by developing tests yourself or by using existing tests.
• Fluency in English is required, and basic German skills are helpful
• Nice to have:
• Experience with requirements, test cases and test execution documentation
• Experience with debugging electromechanical systems and various sensors (e.g. stereo cameras, time-of-flight, laser)
• Experience with working on production floor environment and test equipment
• Hands-on mentality in tackling complex problems
• Experience with robotic and/or embedded software development
• Exposed to concepts of Quality Eng and Reliability Eng
