Your responsibility is to ensure the continuous development and successful implementation of our service portfolio, with a focus on meeting the needs of clients in the Medical Device, Pharmaceuticals & Life Science industries.
A deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities facing these industries will enable you to identify new potentials for the business of ZEISS Digital Innovation. You will be instrumental in developing strategic options and proposals for the evolution of our portfolio, including new differentiators, partnerships, and fields of business.

Your tasks include: Recognize trends, demands, and opportunities in the Medical Device, Pharmaceuticals & Life Science industries through participation in industry events, establishing connections with potential clients and partners, conducting market research, and observing industry media coverage Analyse activities and projects at existing clients to discover opportunities Consistently analyse the positioning and portfolio of competitors Conduct prototype and research projects to assess and evaluate strategic ideas Leverage the market input to drive the evolution of our service offering and positioning, implementing necessary changes through collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and delivery units Monitor how our portfolio elements are performing commercially and adjust them as needed Identify and leverage business opportunities while building strong connections with potential clients and partners Your Profile Do you want to make a difference with digital healthcare solutions?

You will also need the following skills and experience: Multiple years of professional experience in Product Management, Strategy, Business Development, Sales or Marketing, with a track record of success Hands-on experience in Medical Device, Pharmaceuticals & Life Science industries Solid understanding of common software development practices and relevant software technologies Confirmed ability to work in an international work environment and with clients, having excellent communication and interpersonal skills Fluent in both German and English, with the skill to effectively articulate intricate concepts and strategies Theoretical and practical understanding of business strategy, economical principals and business administration focussing on innovation and growth Excellent ability to collaborate with cross functional teams Entrepreneurial thinking to identify and exploit business opportunities, while also prioritizing customer needs and satisfaction Domestic and international travel, up to 20%, is expected Your ZEISS Recruiting Team: Anne-Maria Pilz, Bianca Müller, Christin Schmid, Sybille Lerche-Schlenkrich, Viktoria Stengel
