• Assist in developing and refining the compliance management system, ensuring it adapts to regulatory changes
• Provide insights and advice to teams on various compliance matters, helping navigate legal and regulatory challenges
• Monitor and assess potential compliance risks, proposing solutions that align with the organization's objectives
• Help create and update compliance policies, ensuring they remain relevant and compliant with legal requirements
• Support third-party due diligence processes and maintain compliance in external partnerships, including background checks and screenings
• Work closely with multiple departments such as Legal, Sustainability, and Communications, promoting a culture of compliance and accountability

• A degree in law or a related field
• Some initial experience, whether through internships or entry-level roles, in compliance, sustainability, or corporate governance, ideally within an international context
• Analytical, detail-oriented, and solution-driven, with an enthusiasm for working in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in English is required, while knowledge of other languages such as German, Spanish, or Portuguese is beneficial
• Strong knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel
