Process Expert/Manager GBS Process Management Quality Control
The Position
We are looking for a Process Expert/Process Manager to become part of our GBS PPM Quality Control team. This role is focused on Quality Control processes and their integration into Quality Control systems, with a particular emphasis on Labware LIMS.Your expertise will be crucial in identifying solutions to incorporate QC Processes/User Requirements into the existing Labware LIMS functionality.

Depending on your experiences and skills, this position can be filled as Process Expert or Process Manager.
Tasks & responsibilities- Imagine yourself working on global projects or leading sub-projects, implementing standardized operations processes across our worldwide sites.
- As you step into your new role, you will be responsible for designing and developing efficient global operations processes as well as for their implementation during global projects to ensure operations competitiveness.
- You will drive alignments regarding user requirements and the level of process standardization globally with the Quality Control experts and further stakeholders from different areas and sites.
- Also, you will create system life cycle documents and perform testing and trainings.
- With your deep understanding of process management and Labware LIMS, you will provide invaluable support to our end users and serve as a vital link between IT and Quality.
- You have a strong regulatory background knowing the requirements for the pharmaceutical business and ensure that all our processes comply with it.
Additional tasks & responsibilities as Process Manager:
- As Process Manager, you will manage external consultants and ensure the adherence to our internal standards.
- In strategic projects, you identify improvement opportunities, develop proposals together with our stakeholders and ensure the implementation of the improvements.
- Master's Degree in natural science or computer science with first experience in the pharmaceutical industry; preferred in Quality Control and/or Computer System Validation & Compliance
- First experience with laboratory systems and QC Processes, including their implementation in QC systems like Labware LIMS, complemented by profound knowledge in Labware, including Labware Admin and expert key user roles
- Understanding of QC processes, encompassing lot management, sample management, stability management, inventory management, and the creation of workflows and dashboards
- Knowledge in GxP and other regulatory requirements (EU GMP guidelines, 21 CFR, 9 CFR, ICH guidelines) of the process and computer systems
- Dedicated team player with a highly structured approach to problem-solving, capable of working cross-functionally and possessing a proactive "can-do attitude", with a proven track record of tackling challenging tasks and assignments head-on
- Excellent communication skills in English, German language skills are beneficial
- Willingness to travel on a frequent basis (≤30%)
Additional requirements as Process Manager:
- Few years of relevant working experience
- Experience in leading projects and in achieving the project goals in time, budget, and quality
