YOUR MISSION - INSPIRE TALENT AND OPTIMISE PROCESSES:
- Getting to know each other made easy: organise and conduct exciting introductory and recruitment interviews. Be the first positive impression for our new talents!
- Active sourcing: Inspire new talent via social media and at recruiting events. You are the key to attracting the best specialists!
- Build bridges: Be the central point of contact for clients and candidates in all project-related matters. Your communication skills are in demand!
- Design processes: Ensure that recruitment projects run smoothly.
- Numbers and data: Capture applicant data in our or client tools and create meaningful interview forms and hiring recommendations. Your analytical skills are crucial!
- Project management: Ensure a successful project and impress the customer with your reliability and professionalism. Your initiative counts!
- Continuous improvement process: Ensure that our recruitment processes are constantly optimised. Your contribution makes the difference!
- Public relations: Present us at trade fairs and on social media platforms. You are our ambassador and contribute to the visibility of our brand!
- You have a degree or commercial training and already have experience in the recruitment sector.
- You are communicative and can look after highly qualified candidates and demanding clients.
- Your German language skills are very good and you are business fluent in English - another language is a plus!
- You are service-orientated and show initiative to support our internal and external partners in the best possible way.
- Open-mindedness, reliability and a passion for recruitment are a matter of course for you.
