Senior) HR Generalist & Business Partner (f/m/x) - We are looking for a (Senior) HR Generalist & Business Partner (f/m/x) to start immediately for our client, a company based in Langenfeld.
For this position, the employee in question will work directly for our client. The support, placement and all of our additional services are free of charge for you as the applicant.

- Setup and manage the HR department in Germany in close alignment with the global Chief People Officer
- Provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership based on HR data trends, ensuring continuous improvement in HR practices; Manage third-party partners including local service providers, benefit brokers, system vendors, and other consultants
- Participate in the development and execution of new hire orientation and onboarding, including preparing materials and delivering the company overview and employee benefits
- In partnership with the training & development and employee experience teams, identify training needs for teams and individuals
- Develop and implement initiatives to foster employee engagement, satisfaction, and wellbeing
- Drive Diversity & Inclusion initiatives within the international community and the organization
- Oversee and administer employee leave of absence requests - work very closely with service providers as needed to ensure that all leaves are communicated and processed according to country regulations and company policies, also partner with CPO to write policies, procedures, and processes, maintain the German Employee Handbook
- Manage the German office facility - liaison with building management, ensure facility needs are met, oversee local supply vendors and ongoing office and kitchen purchasing
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related discipline
- CIPD (Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development) Level 7 qualification or equivalent HR qualification is highly desirable
- Several years of (Senior) HR (w/m/d) and facilities experience with a proven track record in HR strategy, employee relations, German employment law, and international benefits in EMEA
- Experience with global best practices, current trends, and market benchmarks in the tech industry
- Experience within a multi-site international environment is a plus
- Highly effective verbal and written communication skills in German and English
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
- Proven track record of driving HR projects and initiatives
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
